"Non-descript large restaurant in a busy Richmond Hill plaza: perfect location for a late night snack or meal. The noodles and wonton soup bowls are huge enough to satisfy any big-size hunger. Extensive menu and steamed dim sum: almost everything you need to order in...a typical Chinese eatery with TV blaring at different corners: do not expect fine and exquisite cuisine... Be ready for large servings"

"Reason for the one star: horrible horrible customer service. This was my second time at this location. And you can see that I rarely give one star. I came back the second time because I had family visiting from the states and this was a...convenient location for us. I have to say that their food was good, a bit over priced since they make everything sound like it’s so high end. ie. the bird nest egg tarts. Only two and cost The first time we came one year ago, the manager was incredibly rude to us for wanting to pay w VISA. I’m sorry, your big VISA sign on the receipt tray/folder says you take credit card, so why were you giving us the grief for wanting to pay w it? His reasoning was because we had ordered this deal that was offered “cash only.” I’m sorry we failed to see the words on the laminated menu, but you could be nice about it instead of being rude. This time the service was horrendous because right after we paid, they rushed us out of our seats by literally grabbing all of our tea cups and dumped all the plates right in front of my father in law. I’m sorry, dim sum is supposed to be relaxing and taking your time to eat. I understand if you need to move tables, but you can be nice about it. Don’t be rude! Especially right after we just paid, that’s petty. We were barely there for two hours. If it weren’t for their food, I wouldn’t have gone back. After this experience I know my family will never want to return to this place. I am Asian and I am used to bad customer service. This was way over board."

"Brought visitors from Europe to this restaurant. Made a reservations and tables were ready on arrival. A set menu was ordered main dishes were peking duck with thin pancakes and lobsters along with other vegetable and meat dishes. Guests liked the food. Have dined at this restaurant many times."

"Am sure it will be a 5 star review. Would like to know what’s included in the weekend dinner buffet and not included for the weekday dinner buffet. Also, is there any lobster and/or crab legs or roast beef/turkey or is all sashimi (salmon and red tuna) in the weekday or weekend dinner buffet that’s included in the price? i am still deciding when i should go to try this buffet out and know all the food options available for the dinner price. Looking forward to seeing a response and thanksgiving for your help!"
