"We ate in this restaurant two times on our visit to Montreal. The first time we had their lasagna. The second time we had an meat and cheese antipasto. It was like to had gone back to Venice or Rome. Fabulous! The atmosphere and service was terrific. We were very happy to meet the owner and his sister. Great place!"

"Where do I start. Ordered meal and drinks and they arrived 45 minutes later. Two bites in to my wife’s pasta and she finds a 10-12 cm rock, yes I said rock in her dish. She passed it to me. We were puzzled on how...that ever made it in there from the kitchen. I flagged down the waitress and she was mortified. I asked to see the manager. When she arrived I gave her the rock and said how the heck did that ever get in there. Obviously she had no idea. She asked if we wanted the dish replaced. Well yes we did. They both walked away with no more communication. I ate my dish. The replacement dish arrived and the waitress asked how we were doing. Are you kidding me, how do you think we are doing. My wife took a couple bites and the manger appeared and asked if it was alright. I said obviously we are not paying for this. She turned to me and said that I insulted her and that she was going to give us a free dessert. What the heck. She then said she had ten years experience and knew how to handle the situation and walked away never to be seen again. The poor waitress brought me the bill with one dish removed and that’s it. I ate alone and my wife ate alone with what little she did eat as she totally lost interest , and by me insulting her we never saw a dessert. I have never seen service or lack of service in my life, then tried to turn it in to me being insulting to her….. never again will I visit this place again, and to the owner, you may want to have a brief discussion with your manager from July 4 evening shift, but please don’t insult her"

"Excellent service and food, beautiful restaurant with a nice patio. It was busy on a Saturday evening but there were tables available without reservation. The pizza was delish, kids enjoyed the penne with rose sauce. The Nutella pizza is an oval shape and about half the size of a regular pizza, with Nutella drizzled over it and a ricotta creme trail in the middle. It was really good, not too sweet.Kid-friendliness: Pizza, pasta , drink and dessert on kid's menu"

"The 575 is located above the maurice, it is actually the dead voodoo grille. well located on the big alley, they have a great terrace, however during my visit, the decor was still the same as the grilled voodoo. Wein. However, we were told that the restaurant would close in autumn 2015 to renovate it for a lounge-type atmosphere. We were well received and the service was good. On the food side, it may be necessary to take advantage of the closure during the renovations to improve the recipes. tuna tataki inlet, very little tasteful, however the celeri rave salad that accompanied it was good"

"Great pizza, the sauce, crust and toppings were fresh. The 3 mini cannoli were fresh as well as the crème brûlée. Was not too impressed that they didn't have certain items we asked which were listed on the menu. First was the wine 2 different ones they didn't have as well as the panini sandwiches listed. I think they have to work on their grocery list."
