"We entered the bistro restaurant against 19 clock with lust to eat a petty and a glass wine. friendly welcome. drink for the dog! the menu is very clear. we shared a flaky cake and had each one a glass wine 0.2L. the wine was well cooled and also tasted. the flame-cake looked like a tk product. for 2 glasses of wine and the flame cake are 30 € just a lot more expensive. Pity"

"We ordered two small milkshakes and a vanilla white cheese desert (quark) with strawberries. The milkshakes were alright but quite expensive (2,70 Euros). The banana milkshake was a little bit too thick and the vanilla shake too thin. But they had some flavor. This didn't...count for the quark. It didn't have any vanilla flavor at all and there were just some two or three strawberries (in pieces) above. After our complaint the waitress brought it back to the kitchen. After a while she came back and told us that she couldn't take it back because we had tried it! We asked how we could find out the taste if we wouldn't try. I told her that we had ordered this quark with vanilla flavor and since it didn't have such flavor we would not pay for it. Finally and after asking again the kitchen chef she took the quark back. I think that this is not the right manner to treat the customers. If the quality of the offered food is not as it should be a restaurant or café should not try to blame the customers."
