"Good food but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I finalized a catering order this morning for about $300. Later I received a called back from someone named Ryan telling me they were going to charge me extra for the meat portion of my order. Gina’s catering menu that I just printed from their website specifically states in black and white print that the meat is included with the quarter trays I was ordering. I offered to e mail Ryan a copy of the printed menu where it’s printed that the meat is included. I was shocked that Ryan started raising his voice to me and telling me that he’s worked there for years and that I’m wrong. I found this to be completely unacceptable and told him I’m not going to argue with him. I told him he really needs to work on his customer service and to please cancel my order. I have no intention of ever order from this establishment again! Here is one item that their menu says: (doesn’t read to me like the chicken is an extra charge) ROASTED GARLIC CHICKEN PENNE with Creamy Pesto Sauce, Roasted Garlic Cloves, Chicken, Broccoli, Parsley Parmesan Cheese Served with Garlic Bread or Focaccia Bread Quarter Tray (6 servings) $41.99 Half Tray (12 servings) $83.99 Full Tray (24 servings) $167.99"

"Boscoso Italian Kitchen is a 'cloud kitchen ', meaning they utilize a commercial kitchen for the purpose of preparing food for delivery or takeout only, with no dine in customers. They 're located within Smart Kitchens (Suite F). If you use the iPhone maps, it 'll take you right where you need to go. Customers pick up in the front, whereas food delivery companies pickup in the back. There were about 8 other cloud kitchens located within Smart Kitchens. I love that their food is more affordable than a sit down restaurant, and they 're located close to several offices and SNA so makes it a great option to pick up for dinner after Now to the food we ordered Spaghetti with Meatballs and Penne Arribata but with the creamy marinara instead of the spicy. The portions are great, but I got the wrong penne. Let me tell you, I received the most spicy food I 've ever had in my life not kidding. I 'm currently sweating out of every pore of my face my nose is running as I attempt to eat it. I 'm talking spicier than any Mexican, Thai, Indian, etc. food at their spiciest possible level, eating all the wasabi at once type spicy. My fiancé is Colombian and LOVES spicy food, and it was way too spicy for him. I think maybe it was a mistake to make it this spicy? Anyway, just do the CYO so there 's no confusion if you want penne pasta that 's not spicy. Eek!"
