"Had a delivery from this restaurant and it was very quick, but when the food arrived it was ice cold. The lasagna didn't look like any lasagna I'd ever eaten. It was just a plate of pasta with meat sauce."

"One of the best meals I had in a long time! every time I go here, it's a 10/10, and last night was not an exception! absolutely tasty, especially the features of the day: bannock with crimped cream sauce and penne pasta in a paprika cream and parmesan sauce!"

"I have no problem with healthy, organic food. I keep healthy in part because of my good eating decisions. I cook in ways to enhance taste. The Bistro should adopt the same philosophy. My prawns and mussels were bland, as was my wife's squash mac and cheese. Very lazy effort on a very limited lunch menu. There's no excuse to charge exorbitant prices for low-quality entrees. Lake Tai could teach the kitchen many lessons. My suggestion is to steer clear of this place until management makes extensive changes. Because what they're doing now isn't working."

"Popped in again for a business lunch. 3 separate appetizers and then 3 salads all were prepared well. A bit on the slow side with a 20 minute ticket time but it was good and our server was pleasant and checked on us frequently. Many items are made in house."

"We were in Kelowna for the weekend and being Italian we thought we would try Mamma Rosa 's. Generally I don 't eat Italian in restaurants as I am quiet a critic when it comes to Italian food. Our friends who were not Italian thought we should...try it out. I ordered the Cannelloni stuffed with spinach and ricotta and with a Marinara Sauce. It was very good and very filling. I could not finish my portion. One little comment was that I thought maybe the pasta could have been cooked a little more (I am not an al dente fan), however the taste was very good. I felt right at home and loved the ambience even with Covid we felt very safe and enjoyed our evening."

"I love restaurants with a short menu and rotating specials based on local ingredients. It makes choosing easy, and you know everything will be good. The burger special I had was fantastic, one of the best burgers I've ever had, and large burger to boot. The Caesar salad that came with it was huge and so good too, not just a cheesy after-thought of a salad, but a true and proper Caesar with bite. My partner had the pulled pork and fries, and once again, the portion size was very generous and really great value. It's a classic pulled pork, but by default, does not come with slaw on the sandwich, so make sure to ask. Our 3 year old was with us, and they were very accommodating and made up something simple off the menu for her. Overall, a lovely casual and intimate eating in experience."

"Awesome patio with an amazing view of the mountains and water! The lobby of the hotel that the restaurant is located in is grand and beautiful. The staff are so lovely, they greet you as soon as you arrive. We sat on the edge of the patio, I definitely recommend doing this, you will get an unobstructed view. They have a good variety of food. I ordered one of the pizza’s. I didn’t care for the crust, the pizza could have used more sauce and cheese. However we also got the Okanagan bowl and that was so delicious. I definitely recommend Oak Cru for the beautiful view!"

"A great first winery of our 2022 visit. You can not go wrong with this winery. Definitely will not be disappointed with a stay, I love the new outdoor wine tasting area. Big bonus is non cost tasting. But to be fair I have never not picked up a bottle of wine from this place. Staff are always welcoming and not snobby. We did not do the food this trip but it has a amazing view and a good selection. Definitely a top 5 and a must hit for your trip."

"The food was amazing and came out quickly. Service on the rooftop patio was excellent. I’ve dined at all Kelly O’Bryan’s locations (even the OG in Fleetwood! but this is my new favourite location. Nothing beats the to go jars of Emerald Isle sauce either."
