"Returned to la campaniola for the first time post-pandemic. We we're two couples and all of us were very excited to return. The service was great a shout-out to Benny our bus boy. My wife and I shared everything starting with a caesar salad which...was decent. We decided to order the cowboy steak which comes with sides we chose rapini and spaghetti with oil and garlic. The rapini was so salty it was almost inedible. We were enjoying our evening with friends so we let it go. There were no prices for the steak on the menu, turns out it was A hefty price to say the least. I would not have minded had it been blow your mind delicious however it was very tough and half of it was gristle. We will not be going back, very disappointed."

"I placed an order at 5:25 on skip the dishes. The delivery time was 20-30 minutes. After placing my order, I was notified my delivery time was changed to over an hour. I finally called after an hour and a half to see what was taking so long and they said they were very backed up. I questioned why the delivery time on skip the dishes was still 20-30 minutes and the girl on the phone explained they adjust it after orders come in. I thought this was misleading customers because after the orders are placed it can’t be cancelled. I spoke with the manager (Moe) who said it would be another 1-2 hours. By this time it’s 7 o’clock and I already fed my kids. He said he would have a delivery driver drop off the money to refund my bill. No one ever came and I never got my food or refund.Update: They refunded the money the next day after I wrote this review."
