"This has to the spot with the worst customer service in Vancouver. There's an Asian guy, kind of small and skinny who screams and yells at people. He's a jerk!!! And it looks like he's the manager or something. The pasta is actually ok, although they only put a very little amount of the ingredients that you choose and is also overcooked. I don't recommend anyone coming here. Will never come back. I would give this place 0 stars if I could"

"I go to Nat's often and am never disappointed. The pizza slices are big and have amazing value and quality. My favourites are the pepperoni, chorizo mushroom, and the taco pizza which is surprisingly good."

"Honestly an “ Italian Restaurant” just a joke. My friend took a pasta plate with mushrooms/tomato/truffle/bacon 33$ a JOKE nothing fresh, big portion for no taste. I know Vancouver is expensive but I expected for this price something better than just that but it’s not the worst part I was not really hungry, I ordered a dessert. A chocolate cake for 10.50$ And I received a tiny piece of chocolate cake None Home made just warm up, with a little bit of whipped cream, and a line of berry syrup. It’s totally overprice, and the food was not crazy. I don’t like the restaurant that laughing at me."

"I went here today with some friends from work. It was amazing! As a vegetarian I never had so many options to choose from. My only problem was what to pick. The appetizers were delicious. I loved the gnocchi that I had. It was so soft and absorbed all the sauce. The sauce was so also so creamy and very good! I definitely recommend it and will be back soon!???"

"Placed an order for 2 pizza's and a salad- a bit pricy but always want to support local small business. Was told 25 mins. Arrived after 25 mins and was told it would be 5 mins- paid by credit card and stepped out and came back a few minutes later. I was told it was still going to be 10-15. Restaurant had no more than 6-7 customers. I decided to sit at the bar and wait and was completely ignored by staff- after another 25 mins I asked about the status from the manager and overheard the cook say that he hadn't started the order. The manager then walked off with no apology, no explanation. There also was no attempt to provide customer service ( ie- we will rush the order, would you care for a drink.. Nothing!)I then cancelled my order and said I would go somewhere else- NO customer service was again provided ( ie so sorry, we are short staffed, our ovens broken, we are catering a huge group of invisible people..nothing!) Even though I paid with credit, The cook said that he had to give cash and he then pulled $60 out of his pocket and gave it to the manager (which is a whole other issue, handling money while cooking, but what do I know..) who then proceeded to attempt to get change from other staff in the restaurant... He even had the gall to not give me the exact amount (they technically still owe me .34). I was so appalled that I just walked out. Waits and mix ups happen- that's not what made it appalling- it was the wait with no customer service that will ensure that I never go back to this place. Very disappointing!"

"Perfect Saturday. Took my visiting inlaws here. The food and service was excellent. Everything was fresh and hot with all our food arriving together. The clubhouse and Montreal smoked meat sandwiches were awesome. Great place to drink and people watch"
