"I had given up on Primi Piatti as restaurant with a predictable menu of conventional dishes that were unexceptional. It seemed to survive mostly by catering to expense account types at lunchtime. So a recent meal there was a welcome surprise. The service was excellent an elegant, worldly Moroccan waiter, who would be as comfortable in a Paris bistro as in a Rabat eatery the wine list was sufficiently varied and the single glass options were reasonably priced (and delicious). My salmon and vegetables, although a little buttery, were cooked to perfection; my lunch mate's selection, a seafood special, left him happy as a clam. I will definitely be going back soon!"
