"Not a good experience tonight. My friend and I went there for dinner. The waiter accidentally knocked a glass of red wine all over my friend. We recognized it was a mistake and didn't make a big deal out of it but when he walked away leaving her, our table, all of the napkins on the table and the floor covered in wine. We were appalled. We proceeded to start cleaning the floor with the dirty napkins as he manager and other employees walked by and watched not stopping to help. The waiter didn't even bring her a new glass of wine until he was asked and even then it seemed like it was a bother. We ordered 2 appetizer specials. One was the steak carpaccio. It was definitely not fresh. The edges were grey see photo) and when we brought it to their attention the waiter said it was normal that the edges were seared. I ate a little piece but it did not taste right and I am home now feeling nauseous) . We are the salad around the steak and left the steak. You would have thought they would notice it was barley touched and asked why we left it....nope. They tried charging us for it. I asked to speak to the manager at this point and he wouldn't even come to our table to find. Obviously not concerned that a customer wasn't happy. I will never go back there and would NEVER recommend anyone to go there."
