"Placed an order online for curbside pickup. Arrived at the time I had requested for the order to be ready and checked in with the link in the email. Waited for 10 minutes for someone to bring out my order the definition of CURBSIDE right? Finally gave up and went inside to get my order. Employees behind the counter acted like they had no idea what a curbside order was and clearly they had no intention of bringing it out. No apology, no acknowledgment that they should have brought it out curbside, nothing. Food was cold due to the order sitting for so long, no napkins in the bag, and two of the sauces that I paid for were missing. Very poor service."
