"Ordered from rice this evening and had a very rude experience. we have our delivery to find the food was cold. we have decided to let them know how we are descendants who are taking along and never had a problem that was eating...always nice to say, "no eating is not cold. I know it is not because there was only one delivery before her”. for them to pay, eat and it is cold to say that they are wrong, is a shame. she would think she sat beside us to eat it. it was cold. we have not been looking for a replacement just to make them aware that eating is going cold, we have been closed by a “no, they are wrong hard sh*t” and a slam of the phone. rude service, never order again!"
