"Highly Disappointed. Ordered Chicken Wings and they have served literally the chicken that gone bad , smells bad. While the rest of the food is okay, i cannot forget the smell of the Chicken wings and taste. I sent it back and looks like they knew the Chicken has gone bad and still served it."

"Like most Caesars owned properties, the diamond lounge here has taken a hit in recent years. Ballys has the nicest views of any of the Atlantic City lounges thanks to its tall windows and boardwalk location, but the food and drinks are among the worst in the city. The food is a minibuffet that generally has the same options every time; awful looking pizza pasta. There usually a display of chips/pretzels with onion dip, guac, and salsa, but the stuff sits out all day in large containers which make it somewhat unappetizing. The drinks here are the real travesty. The bar has absolutely no quality liquor. The vodka/whiskey/tequila etc are all poured from a hose. What's more, even if you ask your server for something like Grey Goose or Johnny Walker, they won't tell you that the bar doesn't have it...they'll just nod their heads and serve you the cheap stuff. The picture I left was the most recent drinks I got. We complained to our server; as the drinks did not even mildly resemble what we asked for. He shrugged and walked away. Our drinks are usually below average here, but never quite this bad. For the first time ever I walked to the bar and asked the bartender what she had just poured me. She looked at my drinks and said she had no idea what it was; instead, she claimed that our server occasionally made drinks himself even though he was asked not to. So our server, who had no idea what was in a Screwdriver and a Manhattan decided to take it upon himself to make our drinks. What kind of place allows a server to make a complex cocktail and not the bartender? We complained to management, but never heard back from anyone at Bally's or Caesars. Even though it's free, those drinks are the last time I'll ever go back there. You're better off at any other bar in AC."
