"I was at this Burger King location again yesterday after a couple of months and they still did not have toys for my kids pack happy meal. This time they did not inform me until after I had paid and taken the food to the table. I later realized it was missing a toy and the employee said she couldn’t do anything about it. I said I wasn’t pleased she didn’t tell me up front otherwise I would have ordered something else. The toy doesn’t come for free. No discount was applied nor did they upfront offer a side until I decided to go back to ask about it again. They really should have offered a refund of the cost of the toy. The place was also dirty, floors were greasy and slippery. The tables weren’t clean. We had to clean the table ourself before we seated. It took about 30 minutes for the food to be ready. There were only 3 employees working after 1:30pm and we can see even the drive thru line up was long. I can’t imagine wanting to come back here ever again unless they make some huge improvements around cleanliness and service. NOT IMPRESSED!! Franchise needs to do something about it. Totally not acceptable."
