"I used to love going to this place. Now I guess because of the pandemic they no longer have servers. they make you order your food like if it's McDonald's at a kiosk. it doesn't feel like you are a guest more. It feels like a fast food with a feel of they don't really want to deal with you kind of thing. Not to mention they've definitely taken a lot of stuff off the menu."

"The food is very good. However, I thought cup size (grande) was larger than what I had receive. I had ordered grande cup size drinks, but received a much smaller cup size. Fast food restaurants attempt to be fast with delivery, but the attempt to be fast with any delivery that is inattentive towards what a customer wants or had purchased is simply ignorant."
