"We arrived at 10.05am. We were the third to order. The gentleman took our coffee order which was fine and we took a seat. There were lots of other people that ordered but the gentleman had no other staff member to help. We waited a total of an hour and 10 mins for our two milkshakes, 1 coffee and pre made cake. We received our order (which came out completely staggered) coffee first drinks and cake 40 minutes later. You need to have better rostering support for your staff and you should be ashamed at how much pressure you expect one single staff member to carry. Management needs to majorly step up."
