"The cafe is very nice. Great decor, very welcoming. We had to wait an hour to get our food. We got biscuits to hold us and they were the most delicious light biscuits with their homemade marmalade. My sis didn't care for the waffle and oyster mushrooms. Unfortunately the mushrooms were over cooked and slightly burnt as were mine with the grits. I didn't let it ruin my experience. Our waitress was super friendly and they gave us chocolate cake due to the wait. I will be back for the biscuits and cake ? and will try another dish."

"We came here last night after meeting in Richardson for Small Group. I stumbled upon The Line while searching for nearby places to try. The Line is located next to Amigos Mexican Restaurant on Belt Line just past Greenville. My husband and I drove separately, so I stepped inside to wait for him. Everyone that worked there came up and greeted me and asked if I had been helped. Once my husband arrived, one of the owners warmly greeted us and introduced himself to us by shaking our hands. He led us to one of their tables and gave us a run down of what was offered. He mentioned that he had a background at Campsi's and that the pizzas shared the similar thin crust. He mentioned that the burgers were all made by hand and the French fries were all hand cut as well. We were impressed with how friendly everyone was and how the owner went out of his way to make sure we felt welcomed. Our server was the same way. She was attentive without being annoying. I would give customer service and A+. My hubby ordered the bacon cheeseburger, medium rare, with French fries and I ordered the chicken tenders with regular fries as well. You can add sweet potato fries for $1 more which is a steal actually. The food was typical bar food, but untypical in that it was all fresh and homemade. You could taste that the burgers and the chicken was not frozen. The fries were great and had a hint of garlic seasoning. They almost reminded me of a Wing Stop French fry. Our food came out within ten to fifteen minutes. Super quick. We devoured our meal. The chicken tenders were a tad greasy and the breading was having a hard time sticking to the chicken, but I really enjoyed the seasoning and ate the whole thing. There was also karaoke that was going on. It was loud but fun. I could see me coming back, having a few drinks, hanging out with friends. The whole kicker of the night, besides the stellar customer service, was the tab. $19 for two meals. WHAT?! Come here and check this place out. You are treated like family and it doesn't hurt your wallet."

"This was our first time eating here and we love it. The prices are great and they give you a ton of food! My wife and I both had the curry chicken and it was delicious. It was not spicy like a chicken curry from an Indian restaurant. It had the curry flavor but it was in more of a yellowish clear sauce. Neither myself or my wife could finish our food and ended up taking six boxes of food home. That should give you an idea on the size of food portions they give you. We will definitely be coming back here again!!"

"I absolutely LOVE Schlotzsky's!!! They make the best bread. I get the turkey breast with black olives everytime. I actully go in thinking I will try something different but start craving my favorite. My only complaint is they keep closing them down around me! The closest one to me now is about 10 miles! There used to be 3 within 5 minutes of my house; now it's 15 to get one. Maybe we can talk them into re-opening one near downtown Garland....PLLLEEEEEEEEZZZZZ!!!!!"

"We arrived on a Saturday evening about p.m. While we had reserved a table, we were allowed to choose our table from anywhere . We were the only people in our room upon arrival. As the night progressed, it filled up with other customers, but never got loud or uncomfortable in any way. The crowd ranged from families with young children to older middle-aged couples. One guy was even celebrating the birth of his new baby with a boatload of his male friends! Kahlid was our server and was prompt to assist us all through the evening with whatever we needed. He was friendly and not overbearing in any way. We ordered boneless wings shared size portion. We received it in a timely manner. The Parmesan Garlic Wings were very good and liked by each of us."
