"We Reserved a party of 9 for a 23rd birthday dinner. At first we came I don’t know if they remembered or got the heads up nights before for the birthday celebration. We had to keep reminding our server … we honestly don’t even remember if she told us her name but we were the only ones there and her only table.. so we order after debate.. Throughout service we had to wait for new drinks some we got we didn’t even ask for but we didn’t know we were getting double charged on refills. Remind you it came to a point she was just bringing anyone something so we’re thinking okay Courtesy? Food came there were a few hassles were my mother had to get up and retrieve silverware and extra dressings for us because our server seemed to forget about us or small things we asked for and also if we didn’t remind again we wouldn’t have said happy birthday and it would’ve missed the whole point of the dinner today.. Reading this we were amazing apologizing if we felt like the inconvenience because we had to help her out . In the end we did the bill , all of us counted ! And gave what was on the bill..the EXACT amount why ? I don’t have my glasses so my husband counted , then passed it to our other half of the party were she directly handed it to our server (who disappears for whiles out the night while we’re the only ones in the building. Now I have to say 10 minutes go by. .. we clean up the kids pack up and you know bathroom breaks before it’s time to officially walk out. Our server came out with an attitude.. and said we “SHORTED” her. she said and I quote “so I told my manager gave her the money and you shorted me 20 from your bill.!” we’re ALL lost ! Gone that long and all the sudden now ? But your manager or yourself off bat would’ve came in and announced or asked pulled you aside.. REMIND YOU MYSELF WHOS PAYING AND OTHERS PROOF CHECKED THIS BECAUSE THIS WAS NOT TRUE . She argued ,she wanted a big tip for b s service.. $200 We’d NEVER spend there AGAIN. !!!"
