"I am sorry to say but I have gone to this subway many times, the food is made great but the staff is rude. I ordered a sub and a bottled drink. The bottled drink was room temperature and I took a cup to get ice. The one small female employee started yelling at me saying I cant take the cup, I cant take the cup! As if I had committed some sort of crime. I just wanted ice, and as if the cup cost so much, how cheap can they be and how rude! Maybe they should prioritize customer service over penny punching on a cup as they have lost a customer, which cost them way more than that darn cup!"

"Terrible experiences at this Subway location. Very inexperienced staff. Bought two 12 inch subs and she didn't even cut them in half. Started to put lettuce on a meatball sub when I didn't ask for it and then proceeded to start to pick it out of the sauce. The staff are very rude. Speaking to each other in their language and not paying attention to the customer. Laughing and joking around. Had to wait about 15 minutes to be served when there was only one person in front of me. Will never visit this store again or any Subway."
