"The only reason for 4 star is for the delay in service I experienced. Placed an order for pick up at 1.45pm , reached the store on time, and I was able to leave only by 2.20pm . This puts me on doubt for ordering online prior. Well this experience left me no choice to get the idea that there's no difference btw online pickup or direct walk in . Well if you guys could work on the delay, it's a 5 star . Absolutely loved the food ."

"It was the last night incident the subway was closed 20 minutes before the request time. The boy inside the store had not opened the store saying simply they can’t open . Is this the gratitude showed by associates to customer service. Even if the customer was there before the closing of subway . Please consider it as a priority basis in association to customer service."

"The staff here is very rude and needs training. The pizza was very average. But the lady at the counter was rude. Went to grab a napkin from the fresh bunch and she took it out of the box and asked me to take the ones that were already placed in front which looked kinda dirty. I said I wanted to grab one from the back and she pointed at the other ones till I asked if there was a problem with me grabbing the fresh one? Ridiculous, But she kinda killed the mood. On the other hand, the dipping sauce that we ordered tasted like milk and had a very runny consistency. No flavour. And the dough of the pizza was undercooked. Definitely won’t be coming back here. Improve your staff and quality of food."

"The spicy fried chicken is very good. Terrible service. The cashier asked us what sides we want and we asked her what sides there are, and then she rolled her eyes at me. None of the employees look like they want to be there. They don't want to talk to you, and if you say excuse me at best they stand there with an impatient look on their face. This is not a problem with specific employees, it must be a problem with the management."

"As an Ecuadorian it pains ? me to give this place such a poor score. Last time I was here almost 15 years ago, it was a lot better. My shrimp ceviche lacked flavor, too watery. The fritada was very disappointing, poorly made. The humitas weren't properly done, too doughy. All in all, overpriced for quality of food.Food: 2/5"

"I had an incredibly disappointing experience with KFC. I wanted to try it and decided to order from their application (Because of their first order free bucket promotion on their mobile app), I decided to give it a shot. I placed my order at approximately 8:57 PM, and the estimated delivery time was 9:36 PM. Little did I know that this would turn into a frustrating ordeal.As the minutes went by, I waited and waited for my order to arrive. However, Around 10:00 PM rolled and my meal was nowhere in sight, I decided to give their customer service a call. To my shock, I learned that they hadn't even started preparing my order. I thought perhaps there had been an oversight with the app, so I patiently waited a bit longer, hoping for the best.By around 11:00 PM, I couldn't wait any longer and made another call. This time, I was informed that the delivery person had already left. I waited more and more and my patience was wearing thin, so I made several more calls (to the restaurant) (around 11:30), but each one went unanswered. At around 12:00 AM, I decided to request a refund (by calling customer care).Dealing with the restaurant staff over the phone was an exercise in frustration. The person on the other end was rude, and they eventually stopped picking up altogether. After a series of back-and-forths with customer care, I had no choice but to visit the restaurant in person (keep in mind that I initially ordered online) to secure my refund. To add insult to injury, the promotion has disappeared as well.My evening was ruined, and a significant amount of time was wasted the following day visiting the restaurant. In light of this experience, I strongly advise against ordering from this location.It was a deeply unsatisfying and inconvenient ordeal that I would not recommend to anyone."
