"Ordered a meal with a drink, drink didn’t arrive. Asked a member of staff to look into it and he refused and told me to wait as was busy. Waited as asked, all my friends orders were being delivered around me , so I asked him again, but he refused and it in the end he said he wouldn’t bring me anything. A poor experience here and I won’t return. Oh and Wetherspoons you still owe me a refund"

"Where to start? OK it's COVID time and things are expected to be a little different but this place is severely lacking in common sense. Getting a table inside should be done by queuing to be seated however we quickly sussed out that by just occupying a table works better! Three ways of ordering: By their App, by waiter, or at the bar. The app doesn't work and says most options are not available. Waiters are non existent. Ordering at the bar just is just a mission but the only viable option. I feel sorry for the bar staff as they do long shifts and there is only 1-2 taking orders at any one time. Waited 1hr 20 minutes for dessert on one occasion. Once the food eventually arrives it is actually pretty good."
