"I have been several times with my family to this place. It is informal, rustic and you can only pay cash. The service is good enough and they only work with Pepsi products as refreshment. If you are not too delicate ask for the Barbacoa...tacos in flour tortilla, they are the best in town. I also like the “cheek” taco with cheese and corn tortilla… excellent with some good salsas based on tomatoes. These flavors make the people of Saltillo proud since it is one of their favorite place to eat this type of meals… and remember that the locals know their own food better than anyone! Be aware that weekends in the morning the place will be full since the meal is a traditional to be eaten for a fat Sunday or after a big hangover since the Barbacoa is a slow cook cow head with the right species that make it amazing."
