"They're trying. Those poor people. This place is always understaffed, and every time we get through the drive, the employees sound up and basically as if they were ready to scream. I can only imagine how rude people PROBABLY are with these poor employees all the time. There are several times where they are from several ingredients, but with COVID and shipping problems... it really is not their fault. Why would I be mad at her? But the food is Taco bell standard. The well drinks, but again... this is Taco bell standard. 7/10 would eat again if I were hungry."

"If I could give zero stars I would! I called the KFC on Queen Street in Spry to see if they were open for dine in and was told by a girl on the phone that they were open from 12 8 for dine in so my husband and I went for lunch at 2:30 and when we walked in (note there was no note on the door) we were rudely told to leave since the dining room was closed even though I called ahead and was told it was open. To make it even worse the young girl working said rudely to me that I didn't talk to her when I said that I called earlier. They were very rude and standing around doing nothing! We were excited when we thought fhis KFC was open for dine in but we will NEVER return to this KFC. This place should be closed for good and their rude ignorant employees fired!"

"First time here. Menu selections are excellent, with the Colorado prime rib sandwich highly recommended. Beer menu offers nice selection beyond just every IPA on the planet. Morgan, our server was excellent. Definitely making the drive from Lebanon County again. Very pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff."

"I would like to give this place NO star but unfortunately the option isn 't available... On Sunday April 8, 2018 I treated my mother out for dinner. We got there around 6PM. We stood in the dinning room repeatedly passed by the two waitresses for almost 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged... Once acknowledged, we were told that we can wait in the hallway or outside until a table is available. So we waited another 15 20 minutes before the waitress cleared off a dirty table for us. At this point we have been there for at least half an hour before being seated at a table that was available (but dirty) when we walked in... It just took the waitress a bunch of time to clear it. So after being there and waiting at least 30 minutes we are finally seated.... next to a table of obnoxiously rude speaking degenerates. From the time we were seated until we were brought menus was approx 15 minutes... My mother orders a House special and potato skins w/ cheese. I ordered an appetizer of hot wings and a 14oz NY Strip steak (medium pink center) entree with a crab cake. About 20 25 minutes later the food comes out.. My moms potato skins tasted as if they were prepared a day or two prior and reheated. She said it tasted very un fresh. My 14oz NY Strip steak was so over cooked there was absolutely no juice on the plate. I cut the steak in half and literly picked it up and squeezed it and no juice came from it. Even if it was well done (But juicey) I would have been satisfied.. But this steak was DRY and bland tasting. I told the waitress I didn 't want it... She said she 'd bring me another and I made sure to tell her again Medium with pink center... So 15 minutes passes and my mom finished her steak and fries and out comes this slab of meat their calling a 14oz NY Strip ... It was about 1/4 thick and very fatty throughout the whole slab of meat. It looked to me to be a very poor quality cut of rib eye... And that steak too was overcooked and dry... At this point we have been there well over 90 minutes and have had the worse service and food I have ever experienced. I told our waitress I didn 't want the food and we 'd just like our bill. For the record. I was NOT charged for any of the food served to me. And I wouldn 't have paid had they tried to charge me. I think they need to invest in more waitresses so the patrons are conveniently taken care in a timely manner. Two waitresses for the whole dinning room just isn 't enough. And they need to address the quality standards in the kitchen. My mom has been going to Jackie B 's for decades but over the last year or so she hasn 't been going nearly as often mostly due to the rough crowd that tend to be there for the cheap food. From now on we will just spend a little more money and go elsewhere. It 's a shame because Jackie B 's used to be a place where you could bring your whole family and have a good time and not spend a fortune to dine out... Not the case anymore.."
