"Food and the Iced Chocolate we had was amazing. But there was a parking assistant who thought that I could not hear what he says when the shutters were closed. He was speaking to me in slangs because I didn’t use his instructions. I complained it to the outlet manager and he responded with an apology. TRY IMPROVING THE DISCIPLINE OF YOUR STAFF TO IMPROVE MORE WITH CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE."

"At the very moment you enter this place, it’s a pleasant experience. Environment inside is very calm and relaxing. There is a variety of seating arrangements in which you can select the best match for you. For me the trademark product is their cheese cake. "This cafe was in the same complex as our hotel. According to the timings on their door,its open till 11 pm . So we decided to go on our first day at 9.30pm. It was already closed. So next day we decided to go early at around 8 pm. We ordered for a latte. It tasted like the coffee we make in our hotel rooms. Completely bland. By 9pm they informed us we r closing so time to leave. Ambiance is decent. Thats about it. Coffee is expensive for the quantity and quality served."
