"We’ve been ordering here for a couple of years, and we’ve given this specific Nandos many chances but tonight was the last time we will be ordering here. This is the WORST Nandos in the lower mainland when you order. They fill up their containers 1/3 of the way. I’ve called and complained and even sent pictures, and I’ve been told it’s their “policy” to only fill things up a certain amount. I get that, but 1/3? 45 dollars for a spoon of potatoes? And they don’t even cut the chicken into multiple pieces like every other location does. It’s ridiculous. The workers there don’t seem to care, and if their management truly is telling them to rip off customers then this location has lost mine and my family’s support. You’ll spend less on gas driving to another location than what you’ll lose out on paying for food from here, trust me."
