"Well, PBG, what can I say? You have become really exceptionally greedy and want your bags with the 's about providing the brilliant customer service for which you were previously known. I have used your restaurant for over 25 years, have recommended countless people... But I can honestly say that I will never, ever kick over your front door! You don't deserve my hard money. Because your Re-Full was closed to him, I used your restaurant three times. The last visit was scary. Talk about rushing. We asked for a break between our main starter course, but you did not notice to pick up our starter plates as soon as we finished our main course plates. Then after dessert was served while still ate, you bought us the bill without asking if we were ready for it. Disgusting way to overthrow your customers. You should be ashamed. I would have given 4 stars for the quality of food, but since customer service is a large part of the experience, 1 star is fair"
