"A friend suggested this place and we decided to try it . After ordering ,my friends dish came quite quick but rice was replaced with french fries and waiter would not change it . My salad followed soon after , but was not edible having...been drenched in a lot of salt and plain vinegar with not a hint of oil resulting is soggy lettuce vinegary enough to burn your mouth . 15 min. later my shrimp which was ordered sauteed in garlic came to the table overcooked, done in margarine and no hint of garlic , greasy and disgusting. Repeated request for water were finally answered when meal was finished. cashier said if you pay cash no tax"

"It is very simple place but quite nice. You can choose from 5 kinds of fish. It tastes very good ( both fish and chips ) and, what surprised me, it was not greasy at all. Good beers, too."

"I loved fish donuts, cod and eaglefin. gold fries against were not at the height of the pane fish. beer selection is good and suitable for this typical English cuisine. if you are an amateur of this kind of kitchen (frit,) I highly recommend."

"My boyfriend and I love trying new places in Montreal and have been pleasantly surprised by the Jamaican restaurants in Montreal... But not this one. My roti wasn't terrible, but it wasn't anything special. It didn't have any flavour at all. My boyfriend's jerk chicken was definitely forgettable. We wouldn't go back."

"We enjoyed a quiet supper here on a weekday when the place was nearly empty. Service was friendly and prompt. The food was very tasty, from start to finish, and reasonably priced. My only complaint would be that the portions seemed small..."

"If you are looking for authentic Salvadorean food, go here. I lived a few years in El Salvador and the pupusas tasted exactly as they tasted in El Salvador. Service is very good, simple but beautiful place. Drink are ok, even if cocktails are made of fresh fruit (pina colada) in my opinion I've tried much better. Just be careful when you order sometimes they make mistakes and they dont bring you what you ordered (pupusas) and it takes a little while to get your order. But overall I still recommend it"
