"We ate outside at the street tables which was awesome as you could people watch while dining. We had two wonderful dinners (chicken with pesto and cheese tortellini) and a tiramisu to finish the night. Highly recommend"

"The pizza is fantastic but the service is not! There was no one in line and yet it took five minutes for either of the employees behind the counter to acknowledge that I was even standing there. They did not smile and were not friendly. The choices for pizza are awesome and it tasted great. But I felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there. The guy running the oven was the same way. Never looked my way, never acknowledged me and never smiled. The bathroom was low on toilet paper and the trays were stacked high above the trash even though there was not a lot going on in the restaurant. There also were no half pizza boxes stacked in their normal place and when I asked the lady behind the counter for one she said I'll see if we have one even though I could see three stacks of them behind her on the counter. If service doesn't matter to you then eat here for pizza. However if you like friendly people and good food try the Blaze on Washtenaw."

"We came on New Year's Eve as a family trip with our five and three year old so they can swim and we can have a safe family friendly night. The staff was friendly and the hotel seemed clean. However we came for the pool area and we were not pleased because after a couple hours of swimming both of my kids feet were bleeding so bad from the roughness of the bottom of the pool. I went to the front desk to ask for some Band-Aids and the staff member only gave me one, (when I have two kids with two feet each? I found more Band-Aids in the pool area first aid kit, as I was getting the Band-Aids another parent approached me and said I'm glad I spotted you because my kids feet have been bleeding all day. I also witnessed several kids walking by the pool area and slipped and fell very hard because it's so slippery around the pool. I just feel that this place is super cute and could be a well establishment if the pool area was better taken care of or there were some warning signs"
