"My wife and I were married in September. We planned a big wedding and a pretty elaborate on the Mt. Hope Farm (which was excellent), so we decided to go casual for the tasting dinner. If in the city orginal scouting from Mt. Hope Farm the managers there recommended Leo’s for lunch. We went and had a great lunch, good service (fast and efficient and very friendly). The owner came by accident to ask how everything was and after a few minutes of chat he said casually that they do catering. My wife asked if he would rehearse dinner and said we were interested in having one there. The owner gave us a tour through the room and produced three menus with a variety of prices that offered us a workable price range. Paul (the owner) also said that he would hold the room for us until we made a decision that we appreciated, as we did not want to make a decision this day. To make a long story short, we decided to have the event there and boy I'm glad we did. The food was notch. We had grilled chicken with grazed mushrooms and pesto and mini beef onions (boiled for perfection). We had a fantastic Baked Macaroni and cheese (they didn't call it, but that's what it is, although it was really good). We had those pizza appetizers that were really good. Carmelized onions with roasted red peppers and goat cheese was my favorite. The staff was friendly and very attentive. We had 45 people at dinner and there were no glitters. Paul took it to see that every detail was taken on him. We loved it and recommend it. The price was also very reasonable. 45 people and the bill came to $850.00 with taxes and satisfaction. I thought it was very good. There are catering style is casual with really good food."

"The best restaurant in bristol is finally open for everyone to enjoy. the grille room in chippanee accepts open table reservations and if they are an eating, this is the place they want to be. with a full salat selection and incredible appetizers (the lobster teufel eier and thai salt pfeffer shrimp are my favorites) to begin, they wash it all with some big weeps, local designers and a great selection of cocktails. chippanees chefs have put together a great menu and the quality of the food is absolutely the best. The cowboy rib eye is one must try for every steak lover, the bourbon fig pork chop is excellent and if its seafood stretch it block island hardtfisch, diver scallops or cedar plank salmon will certainly not disappoint. want you pasta.......the bolognaise, angel hair milanese and ravioli are the top regal. a complete dessert menu with rich farm chocolate chippanee ice cream made directly on the street sends them to home full and very happy."

"Went last night with 16 friends to see Swing Rocket, the jazz band that consists of the family members that own the Purple Pit. What an absolute treat! This place and this family are a gift to our community in Bristol and an experience that for those looking for a fun night out with great music must take advantage of. The food (light sandwiches and deserts, complimentary cheese and crackers) and ambiance were fabulous. But then the music, wow! I fear saying to much or we will lose this family when they go on tour nationally. But honestly they are that good. True jazz artists. There were no playlists, just artists deciding in the moment what to play. Inspired in the moment, and ready to share with their guests (the audience) their love of music. Now in all honesty this free style isn't perfect, there were some musical mistakes and some pauses as they decided where to take the evening. But if you enjoy great music by artists who love their craft then this family need to be on your must see list the next time they perform! We will definable be going back to see the other artists they plan to bring in. Given this family's personal talent we are sure they have an eye for other talented artists that we will enjoy seeing!"
