"Decent food but quite expensive. Pizza can be customised to be made vegan (vegan mozzarella costs an extra $3) and there is a pasta option. The pasta option was very nice, fresh pasta with a tomato sauce, mushrooms, olives, artichokes, and spinach. Large portion sizes"

Coffee was brilliant, no complaints there.<br/ Ambiance was comfortable, music was enjoyable. <br/ Price was on the expensive side but still average in the range for a popular cafe. <br/ Overall it was a good experience and I would love to go back again when my wallet allows. ^ ^"

"My husband and I tried The Parlor House Bistro, last night for the first time. It was very good. My husband’s filet mignon was cooked exactly as he requested and he really enjoyed the sides. I had the Bouillabaisse. The seafood was excellently prepared and the broth was flavorful. There was so much that I brought 1/2 home. The deserts, oh the desserts! My crème brûlée was perfect and my husband really enjoyed the chocolate orange tart. Jesse was an experienced waiter who timed everything just right and was attentive, without hovering. This hidden gem is a great choice for a special occasion."

"Love the old style public houses of Dunedin, very cosy dimly lit with that Scottish feel. They do good heart warming style food in generous portions to keep those chilly winds at bay. Then after your meal maybe a hot toddy would help even more!!"

"BEAUTIFUL building, great rustic design mixed with modern features- this creates a nice moody atmosphere. The tiered levels is also a unique and memorable touch. Food was delicious and prompt- I ordered a regular sized number 11 pizza and it was a great and filling portion size. $22 normally, which is a bargain, but mine was $26 as I'm gluten free. The pizza was very tasty, cooked in a real pizza oven, and super hot- just perfect. My boyfriend and I loved it! Would definitely recommend!"
