"My Wife and I were hiking close by for our anniversary and stayed in Ellensburg. Did not intend on going out for a romantic dinner, but while walking on Pearl St, found this place. We didn't go in, but decided we would come back later to just grab a quick dinner. We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to see this absolutely beautiful restaurant/bar! Very rustic theme and beautiful wood throughout. We had a comfortable booth and were greeted promptly. Server was very friendly and she had the wine/soda list memorized. My wife had an absolutely lovely Riesling according to her, as I don't drink alcohol) while I had Sprite. I ordered the Pesto Pasta with Chicken and my wife had the Artichoke Chicken. I can say hands down, best Pesto I've ever had. Both our chicken was cooked to perfection, the Garlic Knots on my plate were to die for and my pasta was delicious. Beautiful dinning area, ornate chandeliers, great lighting, great music and the price...I cannot believe the quality and quantity of food we got for such an amazing price! They also have an outdoor seating area that looked really nice, though we did use it. I can't recommend this place enough. I felt bad I couldn't tip more than I did $17.00), but I literally gave the Server all the cash I had on me after paying forgot my debit card, so paid cash for the meal) This place is a Diamond not a Pearl! The photos I took of our food do not do the presentation justice! I'm just a bad photographer lol"

"This is the best bagel sandwich I've ever had, and I've been jude for days, is an understatement. I had the salmon Bennie on Onion Bagel and it was ineffective, stupid. Fresh and made to order and the bagel was so soft. The first time I and my friend stopped because we saw the line and told a lot about local favorites, and even though the line was quite waiting, it was totally worth it. Put your hands down, you have to try."

"My only complaint is that I didn’t visit here before. Visiting Ellensburg for a few days and decided to have a late lunch here on our last day. Place had a good number of people but we were seated right away and serve bread and water. Nice hostess and fabulous waitress. Lots of beverages to choose from, including beer on tap, bottled beer, alcohol, specialty drinks, and wine. We got a beer and the blackberry lemonade special (alcohol). Went down smooth and alcohol not overpowering. A women at a table next to us ordered the same after she saw our drink. I ordered from the October special menu. Tomato soup with cheesy bread. Definitely comfort food and worth it. Fresh Parmesan added (can never get enough cheese). Husband ordered the meat lovers spaghetti. A little spicy but he liked it (no leftovers so a good sign). Guy next to us ordered Mac and cheese bratwurst from special menu (my second choice). He seemed to enjoy it (nothing leftover). Now we are in a food coma and about to take a nap. Looking forward to baiting EPC again in the future!"
