"When our pizzas were delivered they were wrong. We called the Oakway location who put blame on us ordering wrong and said they were busy with dinner rush and hung up on us. They kept putting us on hold instead of taking care of it. My husband had to go down and talk to someone to get it resolved. We love the pizza but after being treated so horribly we won’t be coming back!"

"Update #2: originally gave this 5 stars, but dropping two for inconsistency. The last few times we went, the sauces were watery and tasteless. Very disappointing Update: tried the special ?Cajun Alfredo? and wow. Seriously, such a good pasta dish- roasted red pepper fettuccine with shrimp, veggies, all doused in a spicy cream sauce. Wow!! Placido?s is a hidden gem! The food is fantastic, the wait staff are friendly and accommodating, and the space is quaint and nourishing. Highly recommend!"

"This team is so amazing. We have a phenomenal experience every time we come (it's my husband's fave restaurant), but I have to shout out my experience tonight with Audrey, Brendan, Ocean, and Joanna. I ordered a pizza to be picked up as I was heading to the vet for a quick in and out checkup. I ended up getting stuck behind emergency surgery for a dog and called Wheel to let them know since I'd be picking up my pizza cold.They offered to make a new one, gave me a soda while I waited, and offered the cold pizza for free (and I would have taken it but we have a flight tomorrow).Awesome service. Awesome crew. I tell everyone about you guys!!!!"

"Our service was not good and we are very patient customers. They served us cold pasta that was congealed together. The salmon and shrimp tasted fishy and old. Didn't ask if we wanted dessert. Cashed us out without asking if we wanted additional drinks. The place only had three tables with people (including us) and had three waiters. Why on earth would they be serving us cold food and rushing us out of the dining room. Awful."

"My husband and I went here two days in a row so it must be right? I have a smoothie and the bacon Scrable Sandwich with avocado. The sandwich was absolutely delicious and the smoothie was certainly not a fake sugary smoothie that has most places. My husband got a bagel with avocado and tomatoes and he said it was extraordinary. He also got an icy matcha with oat milk and got the two days in a row. I have a caramel frog. It's also delicious. A bit on the expensive side for this drink, but tastes good and a great texture. The environment is super sweet. Many outdoor seating and indoor seating. I would suggest checking this place if you didn't!"

"There is nothing special about this place. My husband got the lasagna and he said it was pretty good. I got the shrimp scampi linguini and not only was it barely warm enough to eat the shrimp tasted like it had come frozen from a bag and and there was hardly any sauce. For $20 I expect better than that. We shared a large Cesar salad and it was very good though. Also, I would’ve brought up the fact that my meal wasn’t very warm but the waitress never came by to check on how our meal was nor did she ask how it was after we were done."

"Have not been disappointed here yet! My son loves being able to just get a slice here. We love that it is in a great food truck location with other options and a beer truck as well. Their Stromboli is a great size and full of flavourful ingredients. Solid pizza choice if you're in the Friendly area!"
