"First time here and my impressions. Friendly staff. Take out orders take 15 mins after placing order. There's a gentlemen who calls your name out once your order is ready for pickup. He's quite loud and it really helps in a crowded place. I ordered the combo specialty pizza. Med. sized and it cost $27. The pizza looks good. The pie crust is good but the middle section is undercooked... and not crispy. You can definitely fold the pizza New York style. The ingredients from what I can tell is fresh. Didn't quite tasted the pizza sauce. Either not much sauce or the flavor is too mild for me. So my experience is average. I will try the other offerings next time. I believe you can order pizza per slice here so you can try a lot in one visit. The inside of the restaurant is nice and clean. I see the staff clean the tables often. I did noticed they have a lot of pizza boxes. Some are in the main dining room as well."

"Went for a birthday dinner with my wife and family (8 people total). The food was subpar, the ambiance was dated, but worst of all was the service, the waiter was terrible, we where there for over an hour before he took our order, not once did he fill our waters back up, my wife ordered a glass of wine and it took an additional 30 minutes to receive that, by the time we got our food, we had been sitting down for 2 and a half hours, the waiter never offered anything like fresh pepper, cheese, or ask us if there was anything else we needed or wanted, if we wanted anything like pepper or cheese or sauces we had to put a hand up to ask, because for a over 3 hour dinner experience we saw our waiter maybe 4 times, he never checked on us or asked how everything was, only came over to us when we raised a hand to get his attention. On top of the terrible service it was really expensive for food that was less tasteful than a corporate run italian place like olivgarden or similar, we payed close to $300 for this terrible experience, we wanted to split the check because people that came where going to pay for them selves but the waiter knew that because we had more than 6 people he was guaranteed a tip and if he split the check he wasn't, I don't mind tipping for good service in fact I think its rude not to tip, however this service was so bad I've had better waiting staff at fast food, and we had to tip this inattentive and rude waiter over $52 for him doing nothing, I will never eat here again it was my first and last time ever going to rubinos, I do not recommend at all I wish I could give 0 stars, there are much better places for Italian food in the area and go anywhere else and I can almost guarantee you much better service."

"I'm counting this place 1, because first, when we got in, nobody confirmed us. Then we sat down? Had to wait 15 minutes, only until a server recognizes us, then the lady was very shy. Bad service especially and their food was very expensive for no reason only for a few artichokes hearts were $14. We had to wait 15 minutes until our drinks were refilled and our food was there and nobody would bring the table and it was still cold. You need to improve on seats and have a good service. Super disappointed!:"

"Their croissants are always so delicious and made well and always warm. The pesto cheese sandwich is always a go to! I am sad however that they got rid of the Spicy Thai soup on doordash. Please bring it back!!"

"This place has delicious bread that comes with everything, not just sandwiches. Every time I walk in, the people working greet me. The amazing part is that they always seem so genuine about it, they never seem annoyed about anything, ever! There must be good leadership combined with great employees to create such a good environment. I really appreciate this sandwich restaurant and would recommend it to anyone."
