"Found this little bistro when attending the Monte Carlo masters.Danny the owner was very friendly and helpful in lots of ways. He cooks to order and the meals were always tasty and fresh.Came back again and again due to friendly service and will hopefully be back again soon....."

"We ate at Elsa tonight. We were a table of The whole concept is a con. They jump on the bandwagon of organic food but the products they choose is total rubbish and super cheap but charge ridiculous pricing. Nothing tastes! Real Michelin star...restaurants are in Belgium, Switzerland, UK etc…proper food, proper taste and yes of course it will be expensive. At Elsa they serve a dish of cucumber and barley for euro, houmus but without any bread for euro! There is no duck, lobster, fillet of beef etc…oh they have red mullet that stinks and chicken thighs….awful experience. Elsa is part of sbm and most probably they paid to get a Michelin star for marketing and the place is even named not after a chef but after the marketing director !!!! Says a lot about the place and it’s existence, it’s for marketing and ripping people off instead of serving great food and creating customer loyalty. The plus points are the great view…..pity it’s a wasted space!"
