"I may have just caught them on one of those off days but service was poor, borderline rude. Asked for my coffee con Leche, had to ask for the leche again five minutes after my coffee was cooling down. Understandable that a waiter could make this small forgetful mistake, so I didn’t react with annoyance."

"Really, the burgers sound better than they are. Very bland and tasteless. Fries are of the frozen variety. Service is OK. Personally, as much as I hate to even say this, I’d rather have a Big Mac."

"For many years we looked forward to our weekly dinner here. Fabulous waiters, quality food and welcoming atmosphere. We have tried it again on three separate occasions and can no longer go as this experience has gone as are the customers that used to keep this restaurant fun to be at.Last nights meal was the last until the owner gets the passion to care enough.Two easy dishes to prepare were our request. Their previously very good burger and and a mixed grill platter. Hard to miss? Both plates came served with the worst looking french fries we've ever been served. Too poor to describe.Since the owner/chef was in the kitchen and had to see these plates go out we are convinced the success of this restaurant no longer matters. The burger was passable.The mixed grill meats were seriously overcooked. The sausage were rock hard as was the beef. The chicken was spared the flame a bit and was okay. These are not excusable mistakes from a seasoned chef and shows a carelessness for serving your customers. Too bad.....for years as residents in San Miguel we gave it our support. Now there are many restaurants with less atmosphere (this place has a great european bistro feel) and far superior food."

"We have been to Cent'Anni several times during their first year of business and have always enjoyed the pizza, but this time we were disappointed- very little flavor and hardly any sauce- our mozzarella salad was virtually all mozzerella and hardly any greens. We will try it again at some point - hopefully it will be better."

"A great café for strong and quality coffee and a good breakfast, in an attractive courtyard with nice service. It seems to open at around 08.45. The map location and address on Trip Advisor are currently incorrect: the café is situated at calle Hidalgo 42."

"Churros were very hard and probably had been there all day. We were the only people in the place. Then I took my daughter to the restroom and as soon as I turned on the light, lots of cockroaches started running everywhere! Very disgusting!!Paid and left fast!"
