"We had an early dinner at Serafina's White {Plains and everything about it was excellent. Drinks were creative and delicious. Veal and steak both tender and flavorful. For us, though, what made it remarkable was the service. My husband has a severe food allergy. Our server paid particular attention to taking care of this, providing accommodations that made the meal a real pleasure for us both with no worries. We'd both recommend d it highly."

"If you are going to this place, beware. There is a very short woman who is a cashier taking orders. If you are hard of hearing, do not go to this place because she did not speak loud and clear and I had a hard time understanding her. She also short changed me when I gave $10 and the original cost was $9.20 and needed me to give her $0.20 which therefore would pay an extra dollar. She needed to count the bills carefully which I was trying to get rid of my single dollar bills. Good thing she recounted because she could have shortchanged me and I would have complained. I went to try this place for myself and sure enough, the cashier gave me a hard time by not speaking clearly. When I got my sandwich, the sandwich was NOT spicy enough and which tasted like a regular chicken sandwich. They did not make the sandwich spicy enough and need to do a good job spice up the sandwich. If you go to food court, choose shake shack than melt shop because I would recommend you stay away from the cashier who is short because she had a temper when speaking to me I clearly. But the other female employee who gave me the food was friendly though. Until then, I would recommend staying away from the place or have the woman be moved as a cook or one who just hands the food without speaking."
