"I ordered meat pizza it arrived extremely cold the crust was hard, it was inedible. I reached out to the store to speak to management the lady who answered the phone right away started to being rude to me after I said that my pizza was cold I wouldlike it re made she proceeded to in a loudly rude voice tone since you claim that your food is overcooked and cold and that youwon't be eating it I expect a full untouched pizza return to me and then hung up on me please keep in mind that I have been acustomer to this establishment for well over 3 years now and I really used to enjoy ordering from this establishment and thecustomer service that I would get would always be outstanding however after this incident tonight I'm sad to say that I will notbe a returning customer any longer the fact that the way that I was treated and the professionalism of this establishment theway is gone over the last few months I don't think I'll be returning any longer I had even tried to reach back out to the storeto tell them that I do not want the pizza to be recent out to me that I would just like to have a refund after the way I wastraded but when I try to reach out to the store I can add to the person hung up on me they proceeded to pick up the phone andcontinue to hang up on me so this a heads up to anyone that may be thinking about ordering from this establishment I wouldtruly advise you not to you"

"The second time here and I can say that I am a HUGE fan. Both experiences were really good. I order the gyro pizza for the first time and it tasted soouo delicious. I came back today because I believed pizza and ordered the spinach pizza with tomato and it was incredible! the pizza was hot and the waiting time was very minimal. I would definitely return! they have a great choice of pizza. all the speciality for what I saw, what is nice to try something else. the only con is the person who served pizza, did not wear gloves when he grabbed the pizza. I'm not too important to myself because they meet germs where they go, but I think definitiw when they treat food, they should wear gloves or sanitize before they touch the piece with the hands."
