"I used to love papa john's. Never had any issues with them, been using them for over ten years- have always rated them over dominos. However, recently there has been countless issues with the welling branch- so much that I can no longer ignore. For...the past five occasions that I have ordered from here, there has been some kind of issue. I completely understand that saturdays are demanding for any restaurant/fast food place. However, this is why more staff/drivers should be brought in on this day, given that it is known to be hideously busy. I preorder my pizzas in the morning for a set time, and at least three times, they have arrived minutes late. Additionally, they have been warm and not particularly hot. The piri piri pizza used to be a favourite of mine.. until the past three occasions whereby its spice seems to no longer exist and the chicken tastes more like tandoori rather than peri peri. Last night, my pizzas arrived twenty minutes late and arrived without the garlic knots that I had ordered. My boyfriend called up and explained the situation, but we were just told that they would be sent out with the next delivery- no compensation or regret, or even a rough indication of when they would arrive. Forty minutes later, still no garlic knots. My boyfriend called again, asked straight for the manager who claimed that the delivery staff were running late/hadn't arrived. These things happen, but it shouldn't be deemed acceptable when they were already running late. A few minutes later, the garlic knots finally arrived- almost an hour after our pizzas (which were already minutes late). Obviously we had little room left for the knots by this point, so they may as well not arrived at all. This will genuinely be the last time that I order from papa john's. Owning a taste card, I am entitled to with them. But I would much rather pay the full price and order from a more reliable service like dominos. Such a shame, because I have always remained a loyal customer to these guys, but until I see evidence of change or some kind of remorse, I will not be giving them my money"

"I really don?t understand why anyone would give this place more than 1 star. The man who appeared to be in charge had his mask around his chin and not covering his mouth or nose whatsoever when he prepped food for a skip order ahead of my pick up order. I politely gestured with my hands for him to lift up his mask, which he did but proceeded to tell me that masks were only mandatory for 7 more days. Welp, that isn?t today is it?! The 3 young employees working with him stood frozen in time, they appeared fearful of his reaction to me saying anything to him. The mushrooms are so greasy and hot they melted right through the pactiv 188 foam container. A literal health risk to consume. I think the photos speak for themselves regarding the level of care for the food they present to their customers. I will not be returning nor recommending."

"I love this poutine shop being the meat lover that I am. I think anyone who rates this place anything lower than 5 stars is a bacon hater. If you hate bacon, well... Bacon hates you too and you don't deserve to be here. LolBacon cheeseburger poutine- wow! So much meat. Although not enough curds in my opinion. It has cheeseburger meat, bacon, and cheddar cheese. Delicious!!!Triple pork poutine- pulled pork, bacon, and sausage. This one is super delicious too and super meaty. My only beef with this place is that there's not enough cheese curds otherwise amazing combination of flavor. Tip: Sriracha takes poutine to another level. Snack size is perfect for a normal appetite. Wow size is great for sharing."

"Took my family it to dinner on a tonight. We were seated quickly. Our server Ashley was very friendly, polite and professional. Steak and drinks are a reasonable price. I was very impressed with the overall experience and would come back"
