"Saw the reviews and thought we would give them a try. Not disappointed. Wife had the Vera burger, good size patty and we'll done, she was happy with it. I had the Philly Cheese Steak with the 1/2 and 1/2. Philly was extremely tender and we'll done, portion was generous. Fries were mediocre, onion rings OK. Would definitely go back. Slightly pricy but reasonably good value."

"LOVE LOVE LOVE the gumbo and black eyed bean salad. The gumbo is so hearty and well seasoned it soothes right to the core. And I personally like to mix the black eyed bean salad as it is so delicious, light and refreshing (and especially nice when you mix it with the tomato salad). To boot, everything is made fresh and the staff is so pleasant! That's why this place is a regular go to."

"I remember this Subway being at this location for 4 decades (gosh, am I ever getting old). I ordered a foot long Philly Cheesesteak for about $10 which is not a bad price. My eyes were were bigger than my stomach because I had to pack about 6" to go."

"Tiny little place with a few chairs. Cute, charming and cozy. I had the Philly cheese steak. Super delicious. Great size. It was freshly made, I was happy to wait for it. I will go back and try some of their other ones they have on the menu!"
