"A local favorite with decent fare. The parking lot is rough and the building looks old but appearances can be deceptive. Small dining area but I think most of their orders must be to go because almost everytime I've gone they've had seating. They're always friendly. It has been my experience that it is not quick serve unless all you're getting is a salad. That being said the salad is really good. The lettuce is crisp and dry. I can't stand a salad with water at the bottom. I also prefer ranch dressing which I have been told is made on site but do not know that for myself. I just know I like it. The other food is made when ordered so it takes a little time but it's fresh and hot.. It's been clean every time I've gone."

"We came here with about 35 others from knoxville to see a play next door. they were very busy on a Saturday to lunch and we were surprised how great the service was and eating was contaminated and cheap. we would recommend the philly steak and cheese. the roll looked like it was hard, but it wasn't. we believe that is so good if not better than the sandwiches we have in philadelphia. the flesh was tasty and was tender with stretched gristle. wha a big meu and big server."
