"The name doesn’t fit because there is certainly a massive amount of culinary drama happening here. The restaurant offers two fixes menus one for 60€ and one for 90€. In my opinion your tastebuds will find happiness in either but drastic happiness in the later. Inside the restaurant is modern, sharp, comfortable and not pretentious. The kitchen the heartbeat is front and center. I loved it by my entire group wished they would dim the lights in the dining room to create a warmer ambiance. The Service is truly spectacular. A team of staff is constantly buzzing around to ensure your every need is cared for. I did not once have any empty wine or water glass. The place servings were changed with every course, and the dishes are tasteful and lend themselves dutifully to the presentation. The food each course was a small sample of culinary excellence. There were 8 total in the 90€ set menu. These were like 8 separate flavor bombs, mini meals, each one carefully presented with beautiful artistic detail. The chef clearly understands how to please a palate and the journey was truly one my senses will not forget. The mix of flavors was intriguing courses of egg, seafood, chicken, and lamb all done in an indiscriminate style but one that clearly boasts an Asian influence. However, the set was not perfect. There is some room for work since I found one of courses did not stand up to the rest. To the chef’s credit he accepted the feedback and informed me they are always working on improvements and are changing the menu every 3 months. In the end, my table of 5 was delighted. We all felt this experience was a value for the amount we were charged. My compliments to the chef and the entire staff!"
