"Just left this location. From my count there were over 7 employees inside the store, only four visible in the lobby, possibly 4 in the back. After sitting at the speaker and watching a car in front of me pull off, I go to the speaker. I sat there waiting, with no response and proceded to call into the speaker hoping to get someone and still got no response. I pulled up to the front and spoke with a worker outside because no one was even at the windows. After speaking with the young lady on break she told me they were open and didn't know why I wasn't getting anyone. She told me her headset was dead but asked me to drive back around. By this time there were other cars in line and after already sitting there once, I walked inside of the store, seeing at least 3 people with headsets on just sitting down and chilling. I asked for the manager and the employees all looked at me as if I was speaking Latin. I told them I wanted to make a complaint. Long story short if I have to give great customer service in the food industry, I expect to receive it back when I go out. I can't even get a quick snack after work because there's a building full of workers but no one wants to do the job. They're telling me who is and isn't on the clock and folks fixing to get off but all that says to me is everyone sitting around on the clock getting paid to do nothing. No one answered my question nor did a manager come out to address the issue but everyone's high as a kite with the lobby smelling like weed."

"I love firehouse subs. Today I'm not sure what happened here. I enter and it's hardly anybody waiting. I go to the counter and I am not greeted people are just working going about that business for a few minutes. Again I'm the only one at the counter order . A few minutes ago bye I go to the restroom I check on some emails write some texts and 10 to 15 minutes later I still don't have my sandwich. I ask if I miss my name and she says well well there's an order of a 100 sandwiches ahead of you. This is crazy and she was the manager by the way. Even crazier is the fact that she gives me the sandwich a few minutes later. The sandwiches cold on the outside warm on the inside. Very disappointed."

"Classic downtown Birmingham stop has all sandwich combos you can think of in the bbq world. Chicken wings are scarce right now so no go on those today. But the pulled pork sammies were pretty good. The big boss pork sandwich with pickle, slaw, and pimento cheese with sweet potato fries was pretty good."

"My first time I had lunch their today. It’s just what I heard Various Chicken Salads and Good. They let u test taste it before u purchase. "Beautiful restaurant with indoor seating and a covered terrace. Well-being and polite. Five corn salad with added protein (fish) was great! My staff enjoyed the pig onions Scallopini. We also had the sourdough roasted bread with butter, which was sinful good."
