"Best breakfast in Kaimuki! Good prices for what you get. They sell an awesome bacon cheeseburger for only $8.95 which is insane! It's juicy and comes with nice crispy bacon, grilled onions, cheddar slice, tomatoes, lettuce and a pickle spear. Unbelievable for the price! 100% local grass fed beef? Bacon cheese for under $9? Idk how they do it, but it's great, and the patty is huge! I'd say 1/3 pound at least. I've been a lot recently to get their burger! Their other breakfast plates are great too!"

"The barbacoa and Carne asada burritos are great! In going back to try the carnitas. They even have more choices. Their home-made salsas are very good. Parking is non-existent, but if you're shopping at Ward or Whole Foods, just walk across the street for a great lunch at Thyda's."

"I'm a huge burger fan and this food truck hands down takes the cake for best burger I've ever had. If it's your first time go with the original burger. Simple but so juicy and delicious. I think the fresh ingredients is really what makes a burger or a sandwich delicious and the juicy patty is the cherry on top. 100% would recommend to anyone local and/or visiting. Their fries are ok but the ones with toppings are again phenomenal! The pickled onions on them are a perfect addition to the salty fries and bacon! Their onion rings are also delicious and the dipping sauce they come with are is perfect dipping sauce for them. I dipped my extra fries in it too! The price is great for Hawaii too, not cheap but not too expensive either. Will definitely be going again. Picture is of the bacon fries with pickled onions."

"Fantastic raised fusion Vietnamese cuisine in a casual environment. Servers were all great, food for the most part was excellent . The cheese dumplings were a tad underwhelming only gyoza that, after they are steamed, are pan roasted in cheese until the cheese burns, but everything else was incredibly delicious (it is so hard to get uni pasta where I am from! and I would highly recommend this point."

"What lacked in service made up for in a dope sandwich. The guy taking the order wasn’t super friendly but for someone determined to bite into a good lunch it doesn’t make a difference!I ordered the tuna sandwich which could have had more meat but it made up for it by being on the homemade white bread which was DELICIOUS! Would have loved the option to toast the bread/whole sandwich or the opportunity to add some chipotle style aioli or Mayo but otherwise great lunch spot."
