"We ordered on the phone, a couple of burgers plus sweet potato fries. The order was delivered promptly, before the estimated time they had actually said. Burgers seemed ok, but the chips, at 3,75EUR were a joke. A few chips, so few that I actually took the effort to weigh them, 140 gr. spread in 11 chips. So I take the trouble to call them again and explain my disappointment and they say they normally serve 200 gr per portion, they apologize for the mistake and say they'll deliver more fries shortly, which they do. You can imagine my surprise when a guy turns up with a package containing TWO fries (which of course I weighed again, 45 gr now, see pic uploaded). How discourteous of them, honestly, when they had the chance to make a wrong right, they just send a delivery guy, with another package, another plastic bag, all that for just two mean chips that STILL didn't even add up to the damn 200 gr they initially said. NEVER AGAIN ordering here, there are many other places in Palma for the same price on delivery, and actually for just a bit more you get amazing burgers. AWFUL customer service and awful way of business thinking. ONE TO AVOID!"
