"I was staying at the Chelsea Hotel and had seen on the Food Network a food truck selling banh mi and had a craving, and I lucked out seeing that Banh Mi Boys was right around the corner! The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the food was hot and tasted great, and it was a large portion too. I decided to order fries because I was worried the grilled chicken banh mi wouldn’t be enough for me, but I ended up not being able to finish my fries because it was a large order of fries. Overall, I was happy with my first experience and will most likely try them again soon and try something new on their menu!"

"SO tasty! Went here today with my boyfriend and we got the Chubster (maybe? , which is something I would have never tried if the employee hadn't suggested it. It was a different and delicious flavour combination. We'll definitely be coming back to try more creations!"

"Visited this restaurant for a family birthday celebration. Food was good with a reasonable choice of menu items. The restaurant itself is nice. Slightly outdated, but has character. The waiter ruined our whole experience. He seemed distracted and not at all interested in what he was doing. He didn't engage with any guests, and took forever to take our order and get it right. This restaurant has been around for quite a long time and their food is good. I expected fair service, at minimum. Very disappointing. Will not be returning."

"We love the original Fresh Burger in Richmond Hill and decided to visit their downtown location. Initial impression was fine - the place seemed like it needed a refresh but they have booths whereas the Richmond Hill location only has tables and chairs. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a rocking problem with the seat cushion in our booth so we switched to another. The table in the second booth needed wiping as there were remnants of fries left from an earlier patron. We got a serviette to wipe off the food from the table, and after doing so, the serviette was extremely dirty - like black! Yikes! The burgers are truly great but staff should be paying particular attention to ensuring that the eating area is well maintained and clean. We will continue to go to the Richmond Hill location, but will probably think twice about this Toronto location."
