"Pretty Good. Someone gave us $60 in Swiss Chalet coupons, so we decided to check it out. Our consensus? It was pretty good.<br/ <br/ When we came in it was very busy, but we only waited a minute for our table. We sat down and ordered an appetizer; chicken 'spring rolls. ' These are americanized interpretation spring rolls, and while they were nothing mindblowing, they were tasty.<br/ <br/ I had the half chicken dinner. I was impressed with the moistness and flavour of the chicken. It 's very good. The fries are nice and crispy. Can 't figure out the chalet sauce; it was kinda like gravy and kinda like cranberry sauce but it definitely had cinnamon and cilantro as well. It was also kinda like barbeque sauce, I suppose. it doesn 't taste like it looks. You 'd think it 'd be way stronger. I couldn 't understand it. The portions are pretty large so I took half of the chicken home.<br/ <br/ Someone else that I was eating with ordered ribs. I tried a bite and they were ok. St. Louis style as opposed to babyback. Not as tender but meatier. Whatever.<br/ <br/ Service was good, if not a tad slow, but it was an acceptable wait time considered the business.<br/ <br/ I wouldn 't hurry back to Swiss Chalet, but I would go there again if I am craving some rotisserie chicken."

"This location they aren’t following the proper guidelines or procedures!!! 9 inch should have 3 slices of cheese they are putting 2 and the meat isn’t the proper weight they are much lower so ripping off the customer and hurting the brand."

"I believe that restaurants who are partaking in Skip the Dishes program should have more stringent quality control. We ordered seven subs for our office with salads on Friday, January 26th from Henderson Hwy location in Winnipeg, and every single one was wrong. We even supplied list with names. Attached picture portrays my Chipotle Steak sub... not only was wrong but so spicy that I ended throwing it to the garbage and ended with nothing for lunch. Do not let driver leave without checking or leave restaurant before making sure you do so. Did I mentioned it was late as well? They even wrote names on all the wrong subs for us... Anyhow, this will be it for me and this premium sub establishments, simply horrible"
