"Tonight, there was a pick-up order. when my man went in, he did not get any direction or interaction from the busy workers, so grasped what he had assumed was our meal and went. it was in the did our meal, but instead of packing it was sandwiches. they were obviously out of the packaging, but that didn't tell him. I was already a level 8/10 hangry when my man went, and when he came home with the wrong order and I came back to the car and drove to the car, I was on a level 9/10 hangry. the good, hardworking people there did not deserve my job, but they took it gracefully and did their best to work with me. I give 4/5 stars because I have almost always had positive experiences at this site, but this whole fiasco could have really been avoided if they had just told us that they were from wraps before my man came to his irrational curvy woman home. Good people, good eating, small mistakes."

"I don't know why someone complains about this place. I literally order here every week and the staff has been nothing but friendly for years and they always get my food right. People become ridiculously picky and it is sad, but this is the Americas with which restaurant and food industry are currently engaged. I ignore these clowns. You're doing a great job! Thanks for working hard for us every day! Go on what you do!"
