"We were seated right away at a table. Placed order and received drinks. Notice others was seated at booths, that we asked for, and was quickly accommodated. We had ordered two burger meals and a southwestern salad(pic), prior to moving.. and it was a wait...but nevertheless, Food came out and we enjoyed. Waitress was attentative."

"My family and I went and I must say we lucked out and had the best server by the name of 'Jay '! The food was also so satisfying! We drove spontaneously from Lafayette to Baton Rouge and we were not disappointed!!!! You were amazing Jay! I will request her every time we decide to go eat to Pluckers! Thanks for the amazing food and hospitality! Another reason why Louisiana is were the heart is!"

"I wish I could say zero.There are not words for the horrific and disrespectful service I just encountered not to mention at people, including manager not wearing masks. After waiting mins at the pick up sign I called to make sure I was at the right location just to be disrespectfully spoken to telling me to go inside and hung up on. Called back and was told to go through the drive through (of which was I saw car actually get their food out of the half a dozen plus in line, then hung up on, no answer the next calls just to be spoken to the final time like I was insane to ask why I should have to wait another plus mins for no reason. Then when I drove to the window (bypassing the line the woman at the speaker also trying to call the restuarant) I was given many excuses and spoken to in a way I can honestly say I had never been before. one excuse was that they were short handed which my response was then why did I watch of the ladies stand around leaning on the counter. then I had the window closed in my face. My food I had finally received was disgusting, ice cold and fries obviously were old as heck. Never will I go to this location again. I honestly have no words to truly describe the atrocious service and attitudes. Waste of time, and money."
