"I think one star is too much. We were looking forward to lunch here and we were seated pretty promptly after they took our order. Our server wasn't the friendliest, but we chocked it up to covid fatigue that we are all feeling. However, my beer never came, even after our food was served and after a wait that felt longer than the 20+ minutes to get our sandwiches. My husband had to ask for it twice, going inside after our food had arrived. But that really wasn't the disappointment, waits happen. It was my blue molded bread. What made me flip the sandwiches over was that it tasted stale. It wasn't only stale, it was moldy. The reaction from the server was lackluster and when they replaced the sandwich, they reused the same food that was on the plate including the meat on the original sandwich. I really was disappointed both in the food, presumed high standards and indifferent staff. Perhaps there is a standard for rich locals and not tourists who spent a lot of money and time to come visit L.A. Don't waste your valuable time or money! So many other wonderful restaurants in the area."

"The food is way overpriced for such small portions I ordered the large size and it still barely made a dent on my stomach. I ordered the chicken option because it's supposed to be not raw I'm breast feeding cant eat raw food) and the chicken had alot of cartilage and pieces were raw. Could not enjoy the chicken at all eat all the veggies around it. The meal was not enjoyable. Wish I could get my money refunded. My significant other got the the tofu dish and jipped them on the tofu barely had any. Also small portion meal for a 20 dinner.......place is not worth it."

"Having been in the service industry I will not comment on the staff… needless to say they were not professional! Let me get to the food… average with a lot of potential! I’ll start with the fries. Here is the system, there are lots of fries sitting under the the hot light. The freshest fries are closest to the kitchen, so the staff takes fries from there for people they know and friends! The rest of us get the stuff that on out case was sitting there for at least 25 min! The sandwiches were good, tasty and cold! I do not know how we waited so long for our food for it to be cold! I could see the man making the chicken and bringing it forward to the man making the sandwiches but no idea how many were behind the line. How do I know all of the above??? I sat and waited 30 min for my 2 cold sandwiches. To add insult, a young man that works for a pizza chain came in. The staff clearly knew him, especially the man making the sandwiches. He was serviced and out the door in under 5 min! His sandwich was so big the lid didn’t close His fries came from the fresh section and his drink came with his food not 30 min before… Finally I will add I wanted to support this place because I understand from my Endicott student the place was started by an Endicott grad…maybe this will mean something to them???"
