"The food was terrific. However the service as terrible. It took 15/20 minutes before we received our drinks. The waitress was not attentive. At the end of the meal we asked her to split the tab equally among three credit cards and she over charged us by about $15 dollars total so luckily we caught that."

"I spent almost 25 dollars on a corned beef sandwich and came home with a dried out tiny sandwich. Truly shocked . I was expecting quality similar to Katz?s but ended up w something on par with a 7 dollar sandwich at your local deli."

"We were three adults with two (nicely dressed and well mannered) kids at 5 in the evening on a Sunday. The restaurant was 1/2 empty and the rude hostess shoved us at a tall bar table in between a service station and the kitchen door. After asking someone other than the hostess were moved to a regular table. The waitstaff was either overwhelmed or just terribly trained. Service took forever, orders were wrong, and the music was unnecessarily loud. BBQ brisket tasted like it was pounded with a mallet and soaked in liquid smoke. The one good thing I can say about this place is that the onion rings were incredible."

"One of my favourite barbecue restaurants in the world. I was in NYC for a 6h layover and spent the whole time rushing here grabbing a bite then heading back to the airport. It is a fantastic brisket and amazing coleslaw. The sausage was a bit disappointing as it was not as ?smooth? tasting. Pulled pork also brilliant. I have tried almost everything on the menu and I highly recommend going again. I do wish they sold their sauces in easier to transport containers, I don?t live in the US so bringing it with me would be a dream. Highly, highly recommend."

"Run don?t walk to Falansai! The tasting menu was hit after hit after hit. The Vietnamese Mexican fusion of flavors, all the different side sauces and pickled veg? ah incredible. I could not stop gushing over the food. We loved our server and the winepairings. The restaurant?s vibe is that perfect laid back brooklyn vibe with artistic flair and great lighting.
