"Not what we expected at all! The broil was served on a plate not in a bag like we thought, my husband said the taste was good but the serving size was very small. The chicken and sausage gumbo was served in a huge bowl and tasted like canned soup. Theserver was super nice but the others we not friendly at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YHIS PLACE AT ALL!"

"I've noted some of the bad reviews but I live nearby and have never had a bad experience here. A whole lot more than just a food item goes into the customer experience. I rolled up on Arby's at lunch time when the drive in line was long. I needed a beer battered fish sammy. I got that sammy and was not disappointed. Management had matched the staffing to meet the lunch time demand the drive through line moved surprisingly fast. That's not easy to do when you have a menu with more food items than you can count. When I pulled up to the window the employee who handled my order was extremely pleasant and outgoing. He confirmed my order before handing me the bag and asked if I wanted any sauces. The sandwich was very different than their seasonal fish sandwich. It was the beer batter. Very light, thin and crispy. It truly enhanced that large hunk of fish. And it was served with pickles, lettuce and tomato. I opted out of the tartar sauce. Honestly, this sandwich did not need to be enhanced with tartar, it was that good by itself."

"Well, tried to give you another chance BUT, you FAILED! I posted a review a while back about this same issue. I wanted to believe it was just a fluke. Not! Bought a Texas Taco for lunch, I often picked one of these up and it was all I needed for lunch (about 6 or better and a good value at $6.50, NOW the price is $8.34 INCLUDING TAX and HALF THE SIZE. BARELY A SNACK at (3 ! Will not recommend nor visit again. From Memphis so I eat BBQ quite often, you will not be getting my money anymore! Shame I had to give 1 star! SIZE MATTERS! lol!!!!!"
